Oakbrook Golf & Country Club first opened for play in 1969. John Steidel redesigned the course in 1990.
Oakbrook has large and fast greens. There are water hazards that come into play on two holes and many sand bunkers throughout the course. The fairways are narrow and tree lined.

Oakbrook Golf & CC was private until about 1 year ago. Now it is open to the public and what a venue. Very nice clubhouose, resturant and Pro Shop. The course is in very good condition and greens excellent. Plenty of bunkers and trees everywhere including Oaks. A great place to play for a day with a semi-tough layout. Have fun on this one!

This course is fun and challenging! I always enjoy playing here! The greens are fast and challenging and take some consideration! The only negative I have is that the bunkers have no sand in them!!!! (Difficult to manage because the club grounds out in hard pan!!). So don't get in them!!!!!!
